ATV Stator Replacement,Motorcycle Stator Replacement Steps:

1. Preparation:

Ensure the ATV is on a stable surface.

Disconnect the battery.

2. Locate the Stator:

Refer to the ATV service manual to locate the stator.

The stator is typically located behind the engine cover.

3. Remove Engine Cover:

Remove any components obstructing access to the engine cover.

Use appropriate tools to remove the bolts securing the engine cover.

Carefully detach the engine cover.

4. Disconnect Stator Wiring:

Identify and disconnect the wiring harness connected to the stator.

Note the routing of the wires for reinstallation.

5. Remove Flywheel:

Use a flywheel puller tool to remove the flywheel.

6. Remove Stator:

Locate the bolts securing the stator to the engine.
